I had an amazing experience at Mayfair Salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My stylist, Shivani, took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me a cut that perfectly suits my style and hair type. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I’m really happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next appointment.

I had a really bad experience here. I did a hair spa and hair setting, but it didn’t turn out as I expected. After about 15 minutes, my hair was back to normal. The salon promised that it would stay for 2-3 hours, but it didn't. The customer service was also poor. When I asked them something, they weren’t willing to answer. The brush they used for styling was in bad condition.

I recently got Onam makeup done here, but I wasn't fully satisfied. My face looked very different, and I didn't like how it turned out. Also, the threading made my eyebrows too narrow, which I didn't expect or want.
