They delivered the wrong medicines, claimed that two strips of tablets were broken, and charged us for them. They also shouted at an elderly woman while handling this. As a doctor, I can say this is the worst service.

The response is very slow and they’re completely unresponsive. The service is the worst I’ve ever experienced even a small medical shop is better. I won’t recommend this to anyone. It’s 7:30 PM and they still haven’t replied to any messages. Do they think we’re fools?

The store doesn’t handle crowds well. Orders take a long time to get ready, and they keep searching for items. After getting your order, you have to go to one area for billing, another for payment, and another for delivery. It would be better if they handled everything in one place.
