It was a good experience selling gold at Muthoot Gold Point. The staff explained the process clearly and offered a good rate for my gold. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

Customer service is good, but the process takes a lot of time. They don't offer 100% of the market value and deducted some milligrams from my gold.

I visited yesterday and sold 20.1 grams of 21-carat gold. The current price for 21-carat is ?58,600, but I only got ?1,09,000, which is way too low. Even after they verified the purity by melting it, I still got a poor price. Not recommended.
