I recently booked this service from Whitefield, but they sent items through a rented truck with no unloaders. The driver helped unload, but they didn't know how to handle the items properly. If I knew this, I would have just rented a truck myself and saved money. What's the point of hiring movers and packers if this is the service?

Worst experience ever. They broke my washing machine, dishwasher, TV, fridge, and almairah. They are not responding to my calls. I had to spend almost another 50,000 to repair the washing machine and dishwasher.
