This spa in Ooty gave the best body spa I've ever had. My sister and I tried the Balinese massage with traditional Thai stretching. The staff were professional, and the environment was very peaceful. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterward. I will definitely visit again.

There is an issue with the hot water. It only flows for a few minutes and then turns cold. I had to wait for 10 minutes for it to come again, but then it was cold water. The massage was good, but the service was very bad. It was a waste of time and money. Please don't go there; we already wasted our money. It's a request.

We traveled all the way from Emerald, only to be told there was no slot available because they had taken other clients. There was no welcome or proper apology, even though we had been in touch with the manager over the phone the whole time.
