The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and helpful. This is the perfect hotel in Ooty. The hotel manager, Fakruddin, is polite and helpful.

The hotel has a low score for cleanliness, no hot water, and frequent power outages. On the plus side, it's very close to the lake, and the view from the hotel balcony is nice. The rooms are small, and the extra beds are very small and dirty.

This is the worst hotel to stay in. Don't waste your time here. For this price, you can find much better hotels. The rooms are very dirty, damp, and there are cobwebs everywhere. It looks like the room hasn't been cleaned in years. The hotel is not maintained at all, and even the electric kettle is broken. The rooms are extremely dirty. I strongly advise against staying here.
