I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel had many recent improvements, and everyone enjoyed the stay, especially since it's close to Rushikonda Beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for families and couples. Thank you, SaiNivas

Worst experience ever. The staff was very rude and unhelpful, even with basic things like drinking water. We have stayed at many hotels, but this one was the worst. They wouldn't even let us park our vehicle inside, despite having enough space for 5 cars. I suggest no one should visit this place. The hotel owners need to remember that they run their business because of customers like us, and if they treat us badly, they will regret it. They promise everything before booking, but after booking, you don’t get basic services. I would give no rating, and if there was a negative rating, it would be the highest. I will never visit again.

Oyo did not provide the same room as promised. We wasted a lot of time and were frustrated with Oyo's service. The hotel staff was not friendly. There was a difference in the price quoted by Oyo and the price the hotel management said. I would not recommend checking into this hotel.
