The showroom is spacious with a good collection of clothing and dresses. I shopped for my wife and daughters and was very satisfied with the quality and reasonable prices. The staff was courteous. The only issue was the lack of plus sizes, which I couldn't find for myself. However, the shop responded quickly to my concern and I have written to customer care. Their response was excellent.

Too expensive. The staff is not customer friendly. The ambiance and showroom are good, but you end up paying for that too. Finally, we bought from nearby TRENDS and UNLIMITED shops with my wife and kids.

Worst shopping experience. This is the first time I've encountered such poor attitude from the salespersons at the billing counter. I will no longer shop at Pantaloons. Even high quality collections can be ruined by bad service. The look of the showroom misleads you and attracts you, but the service is disappointing.
