We went there to watch a movie, and everything was fine until the last half hour when they switched off the A/C. It got really suffocating, and that was the only problem I faced.

It's a nice place and the biggest mall in Tamil Nadu. It's an amazing place for shopping, and I found everything I wanted. I liked it a lot, but the security staff and officers were really rude. The security guard even asked me to show the purchase receipt for things I bought from Smart Bazaar, which was unnecessary and frustrating.
