Nowadays, they provide stools for senior citizens. There is also helpful guidance for purchasing sarees. The shop has a great collection of sarees and garments. Overall, it's excellent.

One of the best places in Madurai for shopping. Couldn't find a better place than this. It's like a mall with a wide range of handicrafts, especially known for sarees and dress materials. It's rare to find such a place offering so many shopping options for both men and women, all with fine quality at affordable prices. I loved it.

I would rate them 1 because 0 isn't an option. Their customer service is the worst ever. They advertise offers but the employees don't inform customers about them; instead, they keep the coupons for themselves. Even premium cardholders have to go to the ground floor to get reimbursement because their system doesn't work properly.

The collections are good. When we visited for the first time, they showed us many models. However, when we returned for an exchange, the staff didn't respond properly and didn't show us many options. This behavior is not acceptable.

It's a good place for shopping, but I experienced delays in service. Also, I didn't get proper support from the account manager on the ground floor. They need to improve their customer assistance.

Yesterday, I visited your shop and bought a dress for Rs. 5000. The salesman asked for my mobile number and gave me a green card. Later, someone else purchased a dress on another floor and mistakenly gave my mobile number to the salesman. When I tried to correct the mistake at the green card section as advised by the salesman, they didn't handle the issue properly. Finally, I returned the green card to them. It was a very bad experience overall.
