They have a good selection of groceries, clothing, kitchen gadgets, household items, and more. Each floor has its own specialty, and there are lifts and escalators available.

Good shopping experience. The supermarket is spacious and sells groceries at reasonable prices with good quality. They have a nice collection of clothing for ladies and kids, but the men’s section could be better. They also offer a good selection of kitchen appliances and utensils at reasonable rates compared to other stores. However, finding a parking space during busy times can be difficult.

No new words needed to describe this place it’s perfect for a shopping spree. You can find almost anything here. Different items are discounted on different days of the week, with special discounts on everything on Wednesdays. Use the Big Bazaar (Future Pay) wallet for an extra discount. There’s plenty of parking, but you might need to wait during busy times. Elevators and escalators are available.

Good shop. I recently had a great experience at Reliance Smart Bazar. They offer a wide range of products at really discounted prices, often better than Amazon. I was especially impressed by the big discounts on branded items, with many products half the price compared to other places. The large selection and savings make Reliance Smart Bazar a top choice for budget conscious shoppers.

Having visited Big Bazaars in other cities, I can say this one is similar. The selection of groceries and clothes is decent but not the best. The staff are polite and not too pushy. Overall, it’s a good place to shop.

The billing team isn’t well trained. If you want to use an offer, ask them beforehand if it’s available and make sure they apply it when you’re being billed. Also, the products aren’t arranged properly.

I bought a Nippo LED bulb on 19/06/2024 from Reliance Smart Bazaar Pattom. When I opened it at home, I found it was damaged. It’s frustrating that they put a damaged product on the shelf with the others.

The experience was terrible. They overcharged us and now say they can’t refund the money, even though the manager promised a cash refund. I would never recommend this place.

We had a very bad experience. We went there for a baby dress and arrived at 8:45, but no staff helped us. It was a terrible experience, and we won’t go to any Reliance store again.

The customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. The staff were too busy chatting with each other and didn’t respond to customers. They always crowd the lifts, forcing customers to use the escalator with their purchases. If the management is reading this, please make some changes.
