It's a place to buy electronic gadgets with many options at affordable prices. Parking is available under the Thakaraparamb flyover bridge.

The building mainly has mobile shops, audio equipment shops, and local food joints. Parking is a big problem.

No parking and no restroom. The place is very cramped and poorly maintained. I think the permit was obtained through influence or bribery. I would not recommend going there.
