The ambience needs improvement. It used to have a great interior, but now it doesn't feel the same. When visiting a restaurant, there should be a proper handwash area separate from the toilet. It’s not acceptable to use the same toilet to wash hands. The corners are not cleaned properly, and the walls and ceiling have visible damage. The wallpaper is torn everywhere. Not sure why it’s like this now, as it used to be very good. Better management is needed.

I attended a training session here today. The ambience was nice, and the buffet lunch was delicious, especially the Mutton Biryani. The service and food arrangements were great, and the hall was very cool and comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with their hospitality. Thanks, RR Inn

Not recommended for families or corporate groups. The staff behavior is rude and unprofessional. I've never experienced such behavior in Tirunelveli. The restaurant and drinks have unethical practices. Stay away from this place, even if it costs a little more. It's a disgusting place overall.
