There was very poor coordination at the store regarding the current special promotion. I've been a customer since the Mega Mart days and have never witnessed such confusion in any retail setting. While the sales team is good, they appeared helpless. Every customer, including myself, was informed at the billing counter that the merchandise we bought was not covered under the special promotion. Many customers, including myself, were frustrated. All the merchandise displayed had tags indicating they were part of the "under 50% special promo," including the pink item we purchased. However, at billing, we were told it did not apply.

The customer service was extremely poor. I was misled about a discount coupon. Initially, they assured me that my registered phone number would suffice for the discount, but later they ignored it. I was excited about purchasing the product with the discount, but this experience left me very disappointed and feeling mistreated.

They refused to exchange the dress. I mistakenly billed one dress instead of another while purchasing in bulk. Upon realizing the mistake immediately after billing, I asked to exchange it for the correct item of the same price. However, they declined the exchange and did not treat me well. It was a very bad experience.
