The products are very good and useful, especially the Gaultheria and Heena oil. I bought some last year from Sarkkar Shop and just ordered more from Kolkata. Their variety of chocolates is also really awesome

This is the worst supermarket in Ooty. They sell low quality products, like tea and spices, which had insects inside.

During our visit to Ooty, I bought some premium tea from this store. When I opened it at home, I found it was low quality dust tea that didn't have the true Nilgiri flavor. I'm very disappointed.
