They are not customer friendly at all. I had a terrible experience with fitting work on a purchased jewel. No one seemed to know who could answer my simple question, and they kept me waiting on the phone, eventually disconnecting after a few minutes. They exceeded the promised date and just returned my item saying they couldn't fix it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

The prices at Sree Kumaran Jewelry are higher compared to Lalitha Jewelry. They have very limited options for rings weighing 1 to 2 grams, with only 2 or 3 old designs available. It seems like they might not focus much on smaller ring collections. Also, they are very strict about negotiating prices and didn't reduce even a single rupee for me.

I had a terrible experience buying jewelry from Sree Kumaran's Erode branch. They agreed to everything we asked for before we signed up for their chit scheme, but once we made the purchase, their behavior completely changed. They didn't reduce the price even though I bought a significant amount. They didn't even offer any discounts for the stones. Be careful and ask lots of questions about their chit scheme before you decide to go with it.
