It's a 1 BHK apartment, which is very comfortable for travelers. The room is clean and neat. The staff is good, and overall, it was a nice stay. The apartment is right opposite Lulu Mall, and Akkulam Lake is nearby. The view from the 15th floor is amazing.

We paid 1900, but the rooms and toilet seat were very unhygienic and substandard. It felt like the sheets and pillow covers hadn’t been washed in a year. The room was smelly and dirty. For just 1250, we can get clean OYO rooms in Trivandrum. OYO should remove places like this from their list.

The rooms were missing basic amenities like a refrigerator and toiletries. The paint on the walls was peeling, there was no water supply to the kitchen, the bathroom faucet was loose and leaking, and a couple of lights were not working. Overall, it was very disappointing.
