We bought a Mach City bicycle from this store and had a good experience. The after-sales service is also great. There are skilled bike mechanics available to fix any issues.

Worst experience ever. I had to book my cycle in advance because the color I wanted wasn’t available. I discussed the accessories and booked the cycle for 13,000, paying a 3,000 advance. After 5 days, I went to pick it up with the receipt for the advance and accessories. The person at the shop made me wait for 2 hours, then said he never told me the price was 13,000 and claimed it was 13,500, asking me to pay an extra 500. In the end, I had to get my advance refunded and leave without the bicycle.
