The billing and approval system is very poor. No one knows exactly what to do, and everyone gives excuses and tries to manipulate customers. The main issue is with the replacement process, which is very hectic and frustrating for the customer.

The first experience was good, but after that, it was very poor. The staff only focus on selling and don’t provide full price details even if you ask. They charge high making fees for any changes to the product and don’t mention these charges before billing.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional. Tanishq HQ should check on this. They ignore showing mid range options, even though they have them, and try to push their expensive items.
