They handle customers very poorly. They don’t have a proper system in place, and I faced issues. The toll free number isn’t working. They give various excuses to try to satisfy customers, and the managers are not fit for their jobs.

The staff is very rude, and the customer service is the worst. The collection is very limited. Don't buy gold jewelry from Thangamayil. They include stone weight as gold and are very dishonest. Don’t be fooled by their eye catching advertisements.

We bought a 16 gm chain from TM for the first time. They gave us a small box, and when we asked for a pouch or bag, they said they had no stock. We are totally disappointed.

Worst service at Thanganayil Jewellery in Townhall, Coimbatore. The purity checker damaged my ring with acid and said it was old, so that's why it got damaged. Very poor service.
