We bought an anklet from Thangamayil, Madurai six months ago. We haven’t used it much, but when we tried to return it, they charged nearly 25% in wastage fees. This is a major drawback of this store. Other stores don’t charge such high rates for their own products.

I am very disappointed. After paying into the chit scheme for a year, I went to buy my jewelry. The only ring in my size was not to my liking, and I had no other options to use my scheme. I ended up buying something I didn’t like, and the wastage cost was very high at 15%. Overall, I’m completely disappointed.

The customer service is very poor, and the costs are very high. The ring has 14% wastage, production cost is 75 per gram, and hallmarking is 45 rupees. Don't buy from this shop.

The staff and service were the worst. They insisted I join a gold scheme plan, which I did. When I returned to close it, no one paid attention to us they only focused on new customers.
