We recently visited Ooty and had a great experience because of the service provided by them. The vehicles were comfortable and clean. A special thanks to Mr. Santosh for being an insightful, punctual, patient, and safe driver who made our ride smooth. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I booked a taxi after reading their reviews, but the cab didn’t arrive on time. After the trip, they called me about the fare and parking fees, not about the trip itself. However, the driver was good.

Worst service. The driver comes and goes as per their convenience. They didn’t cover half of the places included in the package I paid for. They also shared the event coordinator's number with other drivers.
