This is a great place to stay in the center of the city. Shopping complexes, pubs, bars, and malls are just a few steps away. Public and private transport are easily accessible. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the staff is very courteous. The food is good and delicious, and there's a rooftop swimming pool.

Overall, the customer service was terrible. I booked the hotel for a week but had flight issues and called them to say I couldn't check in on the first day. They said they couldn’t help and would still charge me. The next day, I called again to inform them I wouldn’t make it for another two days due to more flight problems. I asked them to modify my booking, but they refused. I then asked them to cancel, but they refused that too and still wanted to charge me for the entire week. This hotel is only interested in money and doesn’t care about its customers. I will never book here again and will advise others to avoid it.

The hotel location and rooms were good, but the service was not great. I called twice and waited for 15 minutes for someone to collect my luggage, but in the end, I had to do it myself.
