My stay at The Lounge Hotel was really nice. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning team did a great job. A big thank you to Mohammed Hussain, the receptionist, for being kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for a family stay. It's located close to the bus stand, but the street is not very clean. There's not enough parking space. I had a bad experience while booking through an app. I paid for a premium room but was given a cramped deluxe room. The rooms weren't very clean either. Overall, the stay experience was bad. It's a 2-star hotel near the bus stand. If you're just passing through and need a one-night stay, you can consider this hotel.

This place has a poor reception system, and the staff are really bad at handling customers. Based on my experience, I don’t think they should be in business anymore. It has been a very bad experience so far.
