It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room service was terrible, and the staff was rude and didn’t know how to welcome guests. The room wasn’t cleaned, the floors were dusty, and the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. I booked the room through Treebo, and I think Treebo needs to improve when choosing properties.

This is a terrible hotel and a big disappointment for Treebo to have it under their name. The breakfast is poorly managed, with no accountability. The quality is bad, and there are no options. The bathrooms lack basic things like a brush holder, good soap, or towels. The staff is unprofessional and not trained, mostly young boys who don't understand hospitality. Overall, it's a bad choice. Please avoid this hotel if possible.

The hotel is well maintained, and the ambiance is very pleasant. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel’s location is great, with easy access to beaches, parks, and theaters. I highly recommend Raga as the best hotel option.
