Had a pleasant shopping experience here. The collections are good and convenient, with items available in many sizes. It would be great if they included more XS sizes in kurtis.

It was an excellent experience shopping here. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices of all items were reasonable, and their quality was good. The service provided inside the shop was very good and comfortable. The staff's smiling attitude and patient explanations made the experience pleasant and informative.

The collections have significantly reduced since its inception. Even a well-known retail chain charges for carry bags, whereas smaller grocery shops provide them for free. There's a clear need for more billing counters; selecting items takes less than 15 minutes, but billing often takes over 30 minutes.

The shopping experience is good, but there are no seating arrangements for customers. It would greatly improve customer service to provide seating, especially for elderly customers. Please consider arranging seating for them.

My first visit to this shop was a very disappointing shopping experience. Although we made purchases, they charged for a carry bag. I would have been willing to buy a plain bag, but they insisted on one with their brand printed on it. Additionally, there was no AC or fan, the billing process was slow.
