The rooms are good, but the hotel lacks a proper ambiance. Customer service could be better, and the location is hard to find.

Good hotel with complimentary breakfast in Kerala. The rooms are spacious. It's a great place for shooters visiting Trivandrum for Nationals and trials.

The rooms are good, but the staff is very rude. They don't accept bookings from MakeMyTrip or Oyo. If you book through them, they'll tell you to contact the service provider. The reception manager doesn't have a pleasant attitude towards guests. The rooms are nice, but I don't want to stay there again.
