I had a great experience with a nice ambiance. The staff was very good and well-mannered. I did neck and shoulder care, along with an anti-dandruff treatment, and it felt amazing. I will definitely come back for more services.

Vibrance offered a new experience with a full-body deep tissue massage for an hour, plus a steam bath. The two-hour package costs INR 6800, and I recommend going for the full two-hour session to get the most benefit. There are many other packages to choose from. The staff is friendly and checks on your comfort throughout. Overall, it was a refreshing and relaxing experience.

I paid the money in advance for the service, but since I don't stay in Thiruvananthapuram and the timing was late, I told the receptionist I would come back later. After returning from Bangalore, I contacted them, and they booked an appointment. However, due to an emergency, I couldn't make it. When I called to ask for a refund, the person on the phone said it wasn't possible because I had confirmed the time. I explained that I had an unexpected guest and couldn’t attend, but she still refused. I questioned why they ask for payment in advance if refunds aren't allowed. I was told that it’s their procedure. I felt disrespected, as money is valuable for everyone, even if it’s a discounted service. The service was good, but the staff handling the situation was not.
