The mall is very clean, with beautiful art displays and hanging decorations that make it visually appealing. It's a great place to relax and enjoy your time. However, there can be heavy traffic around the area, so it's a good idea to plan your trip ahead and be prepared for possible delays.

The help desk is only for mall shop owners, not for the public. Both escalators are going in one direction, making it difficult for customers to walk a long distance to reach the next level. The systems are useless and don't help with anything. It was a very frustrating shopping experience.

They are collecting parking fees illegally without consent and not providing a GST bill through Fastag. No one informs you about this at the entrance, and there’s no calculation of the amount deducted. It was the worst parking experience. A random person, not in uniform, scanned my Fastag and asked me to exit. Can anyone just use a scanner to deduct money from my Fastag? What security is VR Mall providing for such high parking charges?
