The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach. The rooms are good, but not the best. However, the staff's response was very poor. They treated us like we had booked a regular hotel and not a special stay, and we checked out feeling disappointed.

Worst experience. The staff was not supportive and took a long time to check us in. We arrived at 7 am but were only allowed to check in at 3 pm. They didn’t show respect to guests and had too many rules. The staff didn’t even offer a glass of water. When I complained, the manager asked me to pay ₹150 for water and said they only serve sparkling water.

Best experience! Yamini was very friendly. When she found out it was my husband's birthday, she arranged a surprise birthday cake, which was really thoughtful. The food was excellent, and overall, our stay was memorable.
