It sounds like Mr. Mohammed did a great job! It's always reassuring when a technician takes the time to explain everything and performs the work carefully. Dismantling and reassembling the AC shows that he really paid attention to the details. Plus, quick and on-time service is always a plus. It's good to know that the cost depends on the issue, which seems fair.

Six months ago, I called them for AC installation. I wasted four days chasing them, calling every day. They kept promising that the installation team would come in the afternoon, but after four days, nothing happened. When I called in the afternoon, they wouldn't pick up the phone. If they couldn’t do it, they should’ve just told me instead of wasting my time. In the end, I had to get the AC installed by someone else.
