It was good at first, but now the customer service is the worst. Aruvi Bakery in Tirunelveli has some of the worst customer service.

The falooda was the worst I’ve ever had. It was too expensive and tasted terrible, more like a milkshake. However, the Arabian puddings are nice. If you love falooda, avoid this place.
