The prices are high, with only a one rupee discount on the MRP. I bought several items, but the shop didn't give me a small paper bag. The customer service is really bad.

There are quality issues here. They sell regular small grain rice as Jeeraga Samba. The cream I bought had an open flap, and a relative got Ponni rice that turned out to be low quality, non Ponni rice. Aryaas is a well-known brand in Tirunelveli, and this supermarket is damaging its reputation. I’m not sure if the owners know about these problems. It’s better to avoid this place to avoid being scammed.

The service was very poor. All the staff seemed to have personal problems, maybe because it was a festival day. Overall, our experience was bad, and we've decided not to go back again.
