The rooms are clean, and the AC is working well. The restrooms are also clean with enough water supply. Karthik was very helpful in choosing the right room for us. Compared to other hotels, the rates are also quite reasonable. Prozone Mall is nearby, which is convenient. We initially planned to stay for 2 days but ended up extending our stay for 2 more days.

We had an amazing stay at the property. Our group of five spent one night in two rooms, which felt like an apartment. The accommodation had two double bedrooms and a spacious hall with a sofa set and dining table shared by both rooms. An extra bed was also provided at a reasonable additional cost. However, it would have been more convenient if they offered debit/credit card payment options, as the QR code scan payment option was unavailable to us.

We recently stayed at Athithi Inn for two nights, booking three rooms and requesting early check-in since we traveled overnight. However, when we arrived, we were told that only one room was available, even though we had requested early check-in. We were told the remaining two rooms would be ready by noon. This left us waiting in one room, with some of us having to sleep on the sofa due to exhaustion. Only after 1 PM were we given the other rooms. The delay and lack of communication were disappointing, and the service did not meet our expectations. While the hotel has potential, the check-in experience caused unnecessary stress.
