I got a spa manicure and pedicure, and Martha was amazing. She was very patient and detailed, and it was her first day I didn’t even realize. The facilities were super clean and everything was sanitized.

We had a couples spa during our stay and it was a great experience. It was very relaxing, and the masseuses were well-trained. Special thanks to Chon and Lara they were excellent.

Very good spa with a nice ambiance and great therapists. The front desk was also responsive. However, there was an issue with the hot water not being steady and some water clogging.

The therapist was professional, and the spa rooms were very clean. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience. All the team members were polite and provided excellent hospitality.

We visited Athma Spa at Radisson Coimbatore and were very disappointed. We went for a massage to relieve body pain and feel refreshed, but it felt like just applying oil with very light pressure it didn’t feel like a real massage. We spent around 10k, but it wasn’t worth it. The bathroom was also in bad shape the drainage was blocked, so we had to shower while standing in soapy water.

This is one of the worst spas in the city. The staff was very rude. I had an appointment for two 60-minute foot reflexology sessions, but when I arrived, they refused to provide them and only offered either a 60 minute body massage or 30-minute foot reflexology. They had no explanation for why this was not mentioned during the booking. Their menu lists 60 minute services, but they couldn’t explain why. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive. It was a complete waste of time. I recommend going to Jiva at Taj Vivanta, the Spa at Residency, or Poorna Ayur instead.
