I’ve been a customer for about 10 years. This is one of the most trusted jewelry stores in Salem, with a huge collection of gold, silver, and diamonds.

Worst customer service and handling.. Silver prices are drastically high and not satisfied with the rates.. Collections are good but wastage is high

The staff are very poor. I was supposed to get my jewelry by 3:00 PM, but it’s now 4:10 PM and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’m very disappointed. I’ve waited a long time, and nobody has come. The staff keep lying, saying to wait 5 or 10 more minutes, but my jewelry still isn’t ready.

Today I went to AVM Swarna Mahal in Salem and bought a bracelet, coin, and anklets. We were not satisfied with their hospitality. They greeted us when we entered but didn’t respond properly. We waited a long time for coffee and water. When we asked for the suggestion book, a girl looked for it but never came back or responded. We felt very disappointed with the service. Please focus on improving customer service.
