Worst customer service and handling.. Silver prices are drastically high and not satisfied with the rates.. Collections are good but wastage is high

The staff are very poor. I was supposed to get my jewelry by 3:00 PM, but it’s now 4:10 PM and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’m very disappointed. I’ve waited a long time, and nobody has come. The staff keep lying, saying to wait 5 or 10 more minutes, but my jewelry still isn’t ready.
