I attended my cousin's son’s wedding today at Master Mahal in Madurai. We really enjoyed the vegetarian meal. The flavors of breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent.

They had a good reputation as a caterer, so my parents wanted me to book them. But when we visited their office, we were shocked by their attitude. There was no hospitality, and they seemed indifferent, like come if you want, leave if you want. They weren’t willing to customize or make changes, so we decided to go with a different caterer.
Their food might be great, but if we can’t trust them for our family function, it’s not worth the risk.

The response to my questions was very poor. It’s been over a week since I asked for price details, and I still haven’t heard back. They should have told me if they only serve people with orders over ₹1000. They agreed to take my order but now aren’t responding to my queries.
