The service was very good, with great offers and a variety of brands to compare. Team lead Shyju was very patient and helpful. The service engineers installed the product the same day and followed up to make sure everything was fine.

I bought a chimney and the sales girl, Vinotha, gave a great explanation. I initially went just to ask questions but ended up making a purchase because of her good response. The service was excellent, and they called me the next day to arrange the installation.

The behavior I experienced was the worst I’ve ever seen. The person was rude and arrogant, claiming to own both BEA and Samsung. I was trying to buy home appliances at BEA, but he stopped me and forced me to go to Samsung Plaza instead. This bad behavior could ruin BEA’s reputation. Don’t visit the Thadagam Road branch; there were no other customers there, probably because of his attitude. BEA should look into this.

I bought an O General AC, but the installation support is terrible. They promised installation was included when I bought the AC, but now they’re not providing good support. I understand it’s the busy season, so there might be delays, but I don’t get any updates. I have to keep calling to check, and they often don’t answer the phone.

I bought a new air conditioner from BEA on Monday. The salesman said the installation would be done by Tuesday or Wednesday. Now, it’s Wednesday afternoon, and no one has called for installation. I contacted the manager and salesperson, but they were rude. I’m very disappointed with BEA. Their behavior changed completely after the sale. I will never go back to BEA.

The customer service is very poor. I bought an LG AC on 3rd April from the 100 Feet Road shop. I’ve been complaining for days, but after 13 days, I still haven’t received any proper responses from the shop or the company. They keep saying someone will come today, but no one shows up. They seem to care only about selling and money, leaving the product stuck in our area. I’ve suffered a lot because of their service.

The customer service is very poor. The delivery team is disrespectful. Other showrooms are much better and more disciplined. They treat you as if you’re getting everything for free. I’m very disappointed.
