I'm really upset. Today is my brother's birthday, and I ordered a chocolate truffle cake, but it was hard inside, like from a local bakery. I didn't expect this from your shop. When I asked, they just said they'd do better next time. I won't order from here again. Very disappointing, but the delivery was fine.
