A very stylish store, great for both shopping and window shopping. It has 3 levels and is the only place that sells official Body Shop merchandise. They have everything from sunglasses, cosmetics, shoes, and home decor to women's and men's apparel, plus soft toys! The whole setup is well thought out, and they’re even opening a cafe soon. If you're a tourist and want to experience the cosmopolitan vibe of Pondicherry, this is the place to visit

I had a disappointing experience last night. I’ve liked this place for many years, but not anymore. The staff had an arrogant attitude, and their bad policies show their declining service. I’ve decided not to shop here again.
