I had the worst experience ever. The staff was not interested in showing items. Every shoe I asked for was unavailable in my size. When I asked them to help me find shoes in my size, they ignored me and showed no interest. I requested a feedback book, but they refused and told me to post my feedback on Facebook. One staff member named Shanu was extremely rude, and I'm not sure that's even his real name. It was a pretty pathetic experience.
