We visited the shop just to browse, but thanks to the shop assistant Ahtab Alam, we ended up buying quite a few things. He was very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Thank you for a great shopping experience

The designs of the shoes are good, but the fit is not right. I recently bought loafers, and the right one is looser than the left, which makes them uncomfortable to wear. So, the 10k I spent feels like a waste. The Steve Madden team tried to fix it with shoe inserts, but it didn’t help. The designs are beautiful, but comfort is more important, and I’m not comfortable with this pair. The shoes I bought earlier were perfect in fit, maybe because they were from the Delhi store. The women’s collection is stylish and gives a celebrity-like feeling, and the staff also looks amazing.

These companies only promise guarantees when you buy, but when it's time for repairs, they don’t have any records and can’t help. I’m still dealing with a complaint that hasn’t been resolved. I first paid Rs 11,000, then contacted the store at Ambience Mall in Gurgaon for repairs. The salesperson told me they wouldn’t repair it and kept asking me to email them. I got a call from the store manager asking for photos and other details, which I provided, but they still couldn’t help. They don’t keep proper records. I recommend buying from a regular store, not from them.
