Today, we bought a diamond neck set. Harshitha was very patient and spent almost 3 hours showing us designs. We’re really happy with her service. Thank you, GRT team, for having such wonderful staff.

We’re really happy with GRT’s service and their new models. Special thanks to Mr. Khader Basha from the diamonds section, who was very patient and passionate while showing us the models.

The quality was horrible. The silver ornaments are very delicate and are made in Chennai with poor quality. They got damaged in just a month.

Worst experience. One lady in the silver section didn’t want to show the items and ignored our questions. I’m a regular GRT customer, but this branch was horrible.

The staff was very rude, and we were really disappointed. We’ve been regular GRT customers for 4 years, but this time was so bad that we don’t want to buy anything from them anymore.

The salesperson offered a 3% VAT discount, but the cashier didn’t apply it. It was a bad experience.

Worst experience. The staff was lazy and didn’t help much. In the rings section, the lady didn’t want to show us the jewelry and only showed one box. She told us to go upstairs for platinum jewelry, even though we wanted gold. She was just passing us off to other staff. The jewelry collection was okay, but if better staff were hired, it would be better.
