Room service is not reachable by phone. The wardrobe is in bad condition. The breakfast and dinner options are very limited, and the curries for dinner were not good. The bathroom is small and doesn't have enough hangers.

The rooms were poorly maintained. The key card didn’t work well, and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get the room. Our room started leaking from the ceiling near the washroom, so we couldn’t even take a bath. The corridors were very noisy. The only advantage is that it’s close to the town and shopping areas.

Hina and Soumik were amazing in serving us at the right time. They were kind and humble. The morning breakfast was very tasty. I will definitely come back again because they showed what excellent service looks like. Well done and keep it up
