They have a good collection, and the staff handle customers with patience and great attention. Staff member Saranya helped us patiently and showed us many varieties. She spent almost 4 solid hours with us without getting tired.

They have a good collection of gold jewelry, but their silver collection is lacking. Their exchange policies are poor, and they deceive customers with multiple pricing schemes. Besides the gold rate, they charge for wastage, making charges, and additional taxes. If they don't provide the gold wastage in hand, customers end up paying more taxes. The biggest issue is weight discrepancies what's listed on the price tag is different from the actual weight. When questioned after purchase, they simply dismiss it as usual. There's no loyalty or honesty towards customers. I won't go back there, and I won't recommend it to others either.

They have excellent collections and beautiful designs, and their customer service is good. However, the making charges were very high even for simple designs. Also, the prices for stones were at least 50% higher compared to other showrooms, and they offer a lower resale guarantee. Additionally, they charge Rs. 400 per carat for fixing stones, which is unusual, along with a 24% making charge. Buyers who aren't familiar with jewelry pricing might end up paying more here.

Worst store ever. The employees lack basic courtesy and ask you to get up when you're already seated. When you ask them to show you something, they ignore you. I regret coming to this shop.
