When we booked the cab service from the railway station, we were worried about how the service would be and if it would be too expensive. But Gokul was great! He was very reliable, and his prices were reasonable right from the start. He knows a lot about Kodaikanal and its history. We chose one of his tour packages, which were also affordable. He took care of all our travel and safely dropped us back after our trip. Thank you, Gokul

I am not satisfied with the service at all! The driver, Suman, made false promises. We booked the car for 3 days with specific plans, but he misled us by choosing his own stops instead of ours. At the last minute, he turned off his phone and didn't come to pick us up, which left us in a tough situation and we almost missed our bus.
