We had a great experience with the travels. They were very quick in providing the cab on time. The coordinator, Vignesh, was fantastic and took us to all the places in and around Kodai, acting as our tour guide. Overall, we are happy with our choice and highly recommend them.

The traveler is always on time, so we don't have to wait. However, the hotel they arranged was not good. The service was poor, and when we ordered food, we had to wait for hours. The heaters were also not working.

Please clarify all payment details before boarding their van. The tour guide, David, spoiled my pleasant time by demanding more money enroute and arguing rudely at the lake area in front of other tourists. However, I appreciate Driver Durai for calmly driving through the congested narrow roads.
