Excellent customer service from pickup at the station to drop off. Clear communication and very affordable. The ride partners were also very professional. It was an awesome trip

Excellent travel experience! One of the best travel agencies in Kodaikanal. The rates were very reasonable and the service was great. The driver, Richard, was polite and helpful. Queens Travels deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend this travel agency

I booked a car for local sightseeing the next day. I got ready in the morning, but just an hour before the car was supposed to arrive, I got a call from Mr. Peter saying the booking was cancelled and I should find another car. This is not a good way to do business. Totally untrustworthy.
