This store has moved to a larger space on the same road, now located on the ground floor. They have a good collection of fashion jewelry, neatly displayed with pleasant customer service. The prices are reasonable.

The lady salesperson was very lazy and didn’t show or explain the designs properly. When I asked about the price of a Vinayagar pendant necklace set that was featured in the TOI ad, she was unaware of it. Also, I was not given any discount.

Your customer service is very poor. I raised a return request, which was approved, and the courier service picked up the product. However, I received an SMS saying the product failed the quality check. If you approved the return after checking the product pictures, why did Delhivery fail it? I've been trying to contact you for 3 days about this issue, and all you do is ask me to wait without providing any updates. The product was stuck with the Delhivery person, and I had to call multiple times to get it returned. It’s been a terrible experience. If you're happy with the product, it's fine, but if you need to return it, you'll see how badly they treat you.
