Lulu Hypermarket is located in Lakshmi Mills. They have two gates: the main gate and a back gate. It's easier to enter through the back gate. They have many offers and a wide range of items, including clothes. It's great for window shopping too. The only issue is the billing section, which can get very crowded.

I bought fish from this hypermarket, and it was spoiled and too expensive. Selling spoiled products is very harmful, especially since kids and elderly people also consume these foods. Please be careful and avoid this in the future. This is a serious issue.

Customer service is very poor for handling complaints. I bought a suitcase from Lulu that got damaged, but I lost the bill. They told me they don’t keep bill backups for more than 3 months. One person tried to help but didn’t find the right bill. Now, they’re ignoring my calls. Also, some of the discounted products were already damaged. Check everything carefully before buying from Lulu.

At the entry gate, they seal the bags we carry, and the seal is only opened at the billing counter. However, they still ask us to open the bag at the exit to show the items we bought. If they have this rule, they should check everyone’s bags, not just some customers. It feels like they’re doubting us for no reason.

I will never visit this mall again. After getting our car serviced, we parked and found a guy near the parking lot showing us a big scratch on our car, saying he could fix it quickly. We were shocked. Also, the mall staff didn’t speak good Tamil and had a poor attitude. Despite having a wide collection, the service was lacking. This is a goodbye for me.

The shop has too few staff, and many don’t speak the local language. Some shelves are empty because products aren’t restocked. In the food area, there’s a long queue because only a few staff are working while others stand around on their phones. Half the billing counters are closed, and the prices are high.
